Thursday night in Seattle, Ringo Starr paid tribute to his brother-in-law Joe Walsh, who was given the MoPOP Founder's Award. On hand to perform were Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Todd Rundgren, Robert Randolph and Paul Rodgers.
